When do I pay for my designs at Chris Hargrove Designs?

You pay a 50% initial deposit. We’ll send you an invoice to collect the remaining funds at the completion of the project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How long until I get my designs?

We’ll deliver your initial concepts within 5 business days.

In what file formats will I receive my designs?

You’ll receive your source files, png, jpg and pdf.

How do revisions work?

We’ll start off by giving you multiple design concepts. Keep in mind that the design process is highly interactive and collaborative, so when we send you the initial designs, we’ll ask for your feedback to make the designs even better.
 Sometimes, our clients ask us to tweak colors, fonts and layout. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine concepts with one another. 
Whatever the revision, big or small, we’ll continue to revise your design until it’s absolutely right.

Who owns the copyright for my final designs?

The client owns the copyright.

We use WordPress.
